Our menu changes daily; check back often! If you don't see what you like, tell us what you want.

All our items are made from scratch with real food ingredients! That means you can pronounce and recognize every ingredient we use. If you can't say it, you shouldn't eat it!

We buy local FIRST! Every weekend we visit the farmer's markets to support all the wonderful producers here in Florida. For ordered items, we purchase from Florida first, then regionally, then domestically, then internationally.

We are organic wherever possible. It just tastes better!

We will never knowingly sell genetically modified anything. We are vigilant, but our government has chosen not to require labeling for GMO food and that makes it all the tougher.

Our food is made fresh, without artificial preservatives, additives, colorings or stabilizers. We believe that cooking this way is healthier for us and the planet and just plain tastes better.

COMMON SENSE WARNING: Freshly made food free of artificial ingredients requires refrigeration and is good for a few days only. Otherwise, it must be frozen. Proper reheating is required.

We have no set menu, so that Chef can be creative with what is fresh and local. That also means we can make what you want! Let us know what you like; we are here to serve you.

We choose natural, local products above all others; i.e. pasture raised Bison from Okeechobee, FL is preferable to beef feedlotted on GMO corn from Texas. We are not vegan or vegetarian, although we respect those choices and will have some items available that meet those requirements.

We are empathetic to our gluten intolerant friends. Ask which daily items are gluten-free!

Takeout is a fact of our busy lives. We wanted to offer delectable takeout you could feel good about. This venue also allows us to keep our prices affordable. It also allows you to enjoy the fact that we discount all our food daily from 4:30pm to 6:30pm – give yourself the night off and let us do the cooking – guilt free!

In our ideal world, all our food would be local and organic and all our meat and dairy products would be pasture raised. In the meantime, we make the best choices we can. We try to follow the middle path.

Most of all, we hope you will find our food delicious! Chef Adam Biegner has been cooking for 30 years, trained the old school way. We feel that his skill, knowledge, passion and talent come through in the taste. We hope you do too.
